Coming back from a 24-hour flight from Asia to learn that “your furnace isn’t working” is not the best welcome home message to receive. I would like to thank you for keeping my old furnace operational while ordering me a new on eand then installing it so rapidly. Now that this really cold weather has hit, I am eternally grateful to have a consistent source of heat.

Secondly, I would like to say that the 3 guys you sent over to install my furnace last week could not have been nicer. First thing they did was to knock the snow off their boots before entering my house. They put tarps down and vacuumed when they finished and actually left the place in better shape than when they arrived.
